This is the spot guys. If I couldn't afford to eat Hutchins anymore, I would have to go get a second job just to get my family there once a week. It was the first time I ever heard my wife say "I love Texas" when we moved here. Now, I know there are people who will stick up their nose and say "well such and such brisket is just a little bit better", ya'll go on somewhere. If you live in Frisco, you need to root for the home team! Every high end BBQ shop has good, better and BEST days. Tell me who else in town does this much BBQ a scale this well? Cattleack's/Franklin is sold out like clockwork most days. Could it beat Hutchin's some days, sure... BUT at scalE??? Hutchins is for the people, has a great friendly team with the most intentional staff. I'm trying to learn Spanish just to talk to the table hosts that serve everyone so well pero, solo espanol... jajajaja When they see you need something, they're going to get it, you don't even have to ask. When the lines long, they give SAMPLES to the line. Pro tip, you can order more food from your table so you don't have to wait in line again. BRAVE the line, BRING a friend, BEEF RIB, BRISKET, BUY the whole slab of pork ribs. I'll see you there!

Quick trip to Texas for work and I HAD TO GET MY BBQ FIX!!!! Haven't been to Hutchins in years and it did not disappoint!!!! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. With just one meal while in town I opted to try a little of everything. Had a piece of brisket, a jalapeno cheddar sausage, and Texas Twinkie. Also sampled several of the sides. LOVED the "Texas Twinkie" and would never have thought to make that. Made sure I saved room for banana pudding and peach cobbler at the end. What a great spot for BBQ!!! Way to go TEXAS!!!

We have been regular to mckinney location few years ago. Finally got a chance to try the frisco location. Friday evening, we got there around 6:45. Line was out of the door. We had to wait 20 mins to get inside. By the time we got to counter, we got to try samples of spicy jalapeño sausage, turkey and beef rib. All of them were delicious and juicy! We ordered Brisket, Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage and pulled pork. Corn, coleslaw, pinto beans with Jalapeño and Potato salad. The complimentary items that we get here is just exceptional. Peach Cobbler,Banana Pudding, frosty ice cream complete your dinner. Brisket was juicy, Pulled pork was great . Sides were great as well. Service at this place takes it to next level. It is a must try if you are in the area for the food and experience

Wow, what a place, what an experience, what awesome food! Found Hutchins BBQ when I used Yelp to find a BBQ restaurant near my hotel. First the location has plenty of parking and offers "dine-in" and "take out" options inside a massive barn like structure. I chose to "dine-in", they have plenty of picnic table style seating for groups of all sizes ...including single diners like me. They serve cafeteria style and start with the meat options ... talked to a real live person who gave me some direction and suggests about their smoked meats, which are priced per pound(they offer smaller increments)...they cut and weigh your choice right in front of you. I chose 1/4 lb Brisket(fatty ), 1/4 lb pulled pork and 1 jalapeños cheese sausage....I assure you it's a lot of food! The brisket was to die for! I didn't need a knife to "cut "the meat into bite sized pieces...incredibly delicious and flavorful ! Don't get me wrong the pulled pork and sausage was awesome but the brisket wow! Next the sides, lots of self serve choices...they have pre priced containers for the sides they offer...choose as many sides as you want. I chose fried Okra and MacNCheese in their smallest size. So good! For dessert they have complimentary soft serve ice cream, peach cobbler and banana pudding. I had the banana pudding and the cobbler...again both delicious but the peach cobbler was next level! I could have eaten the entire tray! Was that good. I'm in Dallas a couple times a year and when I'm in the area I won't need Yelp to tell me where to go! It was that memorable and experience.

Food was amazing. Shout out to Chris & Chris for the great hospitality and service. Environment 10/10 definitely will be coming back!

Never disappoints! Ain't anything here that I don't like Great food, customer service and atmosphere. Shout out to Kaycee today!

The Best BBQ! We had Brisket, jalapeno sausage, St. Louis ribs, Mac n cheese, Beans and Brisket, and coleslaw.

FIFTEEN OUT OF TEN. When you walk in, you much choose the takeout entrance or dine-in entrance. My family and I opted to dine-in and it did NOT disappoint. All meats are served by the pound. The brisket was my favorite. Followed by the pork ribs and jalapeno sausage. All sides are serve a la carte, but, you are able to load up as much as you can fit in the container!! Dont be shy!!! The customer service was beyond amazing. From each lineman, to the cashiers, to the servers. My fav sides were the mac & cheese, creamed corn and green beans. I had plenty of leftovers!! Here's the bonus...if you dine in, you get unlimited, complimentary dessert. So SAVE ROOM (if you can). The options are banana pudding...and my absolute favorite was the peach cobbler and ice cream. I cant even explain it. Buttery and sweet! I wish I could've fit more in my stomach. Just come, take time to dine in, and thank me later!!

Come hither if this is the place where you want to show out-of-towners the magic and love of Texan BBQ. If you come on the weekends, they have a delightful sausage, the Frito Chili. It has fantastic flavor with a bit of spicy to blend with the savory rich goodness. The environment of this place is a great way to see what Texas is all about. The staff and patrons themselves are the true definition of southern hospitality. Personally, this is one of my favorite places to get smoked Turkey. They do a beautiful peppercorn crust around it and the peppery flavor is seeped in with the tender smokey flavor. The rib itself is nothing to sneeze at. The bark on the meat as it melts off the bone is a thing of beauty. For the best dessert: layer the bottom with banana pudding, then a small layer of ice cream, top it with banana pudding and ice cream as the finisher. It sounds a lot but I promise you, you are in for a delightful treat.
